Load-bearing and non-load-bearing wall

Delivered as a prefabricated kit, the interior wall elements are assembled on site.

Flooring element

The floor components fit onto the top plate and form the floor of the building.

General insulated block

The “traditional” insulated wooden block is the most commonly used in a self-build. It is available in 3 formats.

Insulated top rail block

The insulated belt block is the one that tops the wall. It accommodates the embossed plate.

Beam

The beam is used to hold the storeys together, as in a traditional building. It can accommodate heavy spans.

Connecting element: rafter

The rafter is the wooden element that holds the kit house together

Base and top runner

The wooden plates serve as a base for the self-build and connect the belts of blocks.

Insulated bottom rail block

The insulated bottom block will be the first one placed on the wooden starting plate.

Wooden rafter

The inner (pre-drilled) rafters connect the whole wall and create space for the passage of special techniques.

They are supplied to length and should be placed vertically every 40 cm.
